In July 2002,
Booth & Associates, Inc. and
C.W. Wright Construction Company, Inc. formed a business
partnership and became employee-owned subsidiary companies
of Utility Services Associates, Inc. (USA). Out of that partnership,
USA-EPC was formed to provide engineering, procurement and
construction services to clients nation-wide. Booth & Associates
and C.W. Wright continue to operate independently, but are
now able to combine efforts for design/build opportunities
to the utility industry. As an added benefit, we are also
pleased to offer staff augmentation services to aid with
your temporary or permanent staffing needs.

services to over 300 municipals, rural electric cooperatives,
and other utility and non-utility clients in 38 states. Our diverse
and experienced team has a total of over 1,500 years experience,
providing each client with the reliable design service they demand.
C.W. Wright has distinguished itself by providing a broad range
of quality construction services to utilities in 13 states along
the east coast since 1953. With strong, stable leadership, both
Booth and C. W. Wright will ensure that their principles and
priorities remain the same today as they were in the past. |
